University of Bonn

The University of Bonn has seized an opportunity to transform its approach to teaching and exhibitions with the P26 project. This innovative space, located in the heart of Bonn, Germany, breathes new life into a former department store, turning it into a vibrant cultural and educational hub.
The four-story space integrates academic work, public exhibitions, and event areas, unified by ALU’s modular fixtures. The exhibition features TondoQuadro wall-mounted units in standard dark gray painted steel and tension-mounted Autopole in black. These solutions include graphic holders for informative visuals, shelves for displaying key artifacts, and custom plexiglass transparent cases to showcase and safeguard the objects placed on the shelves. This setup enables curators and educators to adapt the layout as needed, offering flexible configurations that maximize space utility and enrich the visitor experience.
